烤小猪排,玉米煎饼,番茄羊乳酪沙拉,烤鸡腿,烤小鸡,炸鱼块, 炸秋葵,排骨黄酱汤,

10/15 算是应付过了, 近来实在太忙啦, 本来就不会小资的俺,就只能来点大农菜,请大家笑纳吧.


烤小猪排, roasted baby back ribs

以前做过, 这次用了 275F 底温烤了两小时. 里嫩外香.

玉米煎饼, Corn Fritters,

一罐玉米粒, 连汁,
½ C 玉米面,
½ C 面粉,
1 蛋,
3 TB 酸奶,
1 tsp 酸盐,
½ tsp cayenne pepper,
1/3 甜洋葱,切碎,

以上材料拌匀, 铁锅烧热, 加油, 加一小勺米糊, 两面煎金黄, 好了. 配salsa, and sour cream, or Mayo 吃.

番茄羊乳酪沙拉,

番茄切小块, 甜洋葱切薄丝, 橄榄切片, basil 切丝, 乳酪捏碎, 柠檬汁, 橄榄油, 现磨胡椒粉.

烤鸡腿,

鸡腿用:

盐, 胡椒, 辣椒粉, 蒜粉, 腌过夜,

皮上抹上橄榄油, 再撒一层面包屑, 进325F 烤箱, 烤50分钟. 皮脆肉嫩,好吃.

蔬菜, 和土豆, 也撒上, 盐, 胡椒, 辣椒粉, 蒜粉, 橄榄油, 面包屑, 进同一烤箱.

烤小鸡-

小鸡从背上剪开, 用盐, 花椒粉, 辣椒芬, 胡椒粉, 米酒腌过夜, 皮上抹油, 375F烤40粉钟,

小包菜用, 鸡汤, 橄榄油, 煮软, 撒烤熟的培根碎.

烤小排骨,

排骨用椒盐粉, 花椒粉, 辣椒粉, 腌过夜, 进程325F烤箱烤40分钟.

炸鱼块, 炸秋葵-

底筋面粉, 蛋, 冰水, 拌成糊, 鱼块用盐,米酒, 腌拌小时, 拖面糊油炸金黄, 再回锅炸脆.

排骨黄酱汤-

排骨飞水后, 再加水, 扁尖, 炖烂, 加黄酱, 韩国泡菜, 韩国辣酱, 鱼饼, 葱花.

肉丸意面, 以前上过类似的, 这次加了西葫芦丁.

烤意面, baked penne

热锅, 下橄榄油, 炒香洋葱碎, 加蒜末, 炒香, 加腊肠炒黄, 磨菇炒软, 放 Vermouth 酒, 加dried Oregano, black olive, 西葫芦, 罐头番茄, 牛奶, 水, penne, 盐,胡椒, 盖好焖一下, 面软一点, 加一点酸奶, 拌匀, 倒入烤盘, 上面撒 mozzarella and parmesan cheese, 进 350F烤箱, 烤30分钟.
