Thanksgiving Fruit Centerpieces

Create a unique table decoration for fall entertaining or a Thanksgiving feast.



Candles and Fruit
Candles mix easily with greenery, fruit, and pinecones for a centerpiece that can be put together quickly. Garnish with a few smaller items like nuts, acorns, or kumquats.





Lily Vase
White pumpkins make striking vases for fall flowers. Here, orange lilies and preserved fall leaves fill the front container, with cattails and berries behind in a second vase.




Fewer Flowers
This centerpiece idea looks large, but has relatively few flowers. Create a base of evergreens like cedar and noble fir, then fill in with large flowers like hydrangea and mums.




Autumn Hues
When creating a floral centerpiece, look for the colors and textures to fit with the season. Roses and callas are mixed with coffee berries and red mums in this arrangement.




Easy Texture
Three white miniature pumpkins, five long pinecones, nuts, and berry sprigs are all it took to create this stunning display.

Whether you use one pumpkin vase or three, as shown here, the combination of sunflowers with orange is eye-catching.





Simplicity Reigns
A fat green pumpkin gets a casual bow of plaid ribbon while the white container of mini pumpkins is embellished only with leaves. Use hot glue to attached pods and leaves to the front pumpkin, which could also make a lovely place card.

Footed bowls make great arrangements. We filled ours with mini pumpkins, red apples, and one large spider mum. Nestle seasonal items underneath -- leaves, gourds, and a bowl of glistening cranberries.




Apples and Roses
Celebrate the season by adding an elegant touch to your table. Apples mix with gorgeous roses in this centerpiece. Sturdy wooden picks allow the apples to be inserted into the floral foam along with the flowers. NOTE: Insert flowers at the last minute since ripening fruit speeds flower maturity.
