Night Train to Lisbon 量子美食列车来到葡萄牙

前两天在netflix上看了一部电影,“Night Train to Lisbon"。男主角原本过着一成不变的单调生活,偶然j间读到一本好书,深深震撼下,一冲动就踏上了去里斯本的夜车,寻找书的作者背后的故事。看到这里,我已经忍不住点头--这正是我家餐桌的写照啊!如果每次都煮一样的菜式,我早就没了请客的热情。正因为有好奇的激励,每一次请客,我都选择一个新国家,新菜式来挑战;我家的餐桌就好像跳上了列车,在世界各地遍尝美食,经历一段段令人着迷的旅程。昨晚我家的量子美食列车就像这部电影名字一样,开到葡萄牙啰!

葡萄牙菜式海鲜丰富,口味浓郁。


柳丁松子沙拉 Orange Salad With Pine Nuts


清爽的沙拉,喜欢松子香和新鲜柳丁的甜很搭。
2 large oranges, 12 cups young field greens, 1/2 small onion, 1/3cup pine nuts, toasted
dressing: grated zest of a orange, 2 tbsp fresh orange juice, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 1 small garlic, 2/3 cup olive oil

茴香炒蚕豆 Fennel And Fava Beans Salad

茴香和蚕豆一个脆爽一个软糯,却是很完美的搭配。
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add fennel and garlic, then add the favas. Turn off the heat, add the scallions and 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, toss, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cilantro.

蒜香鹰嘴豆 Chickpea Salad With Roasted Garlic

• 1 head of garlic, papery outside husks removed
• 2 15-oz. cans chickpeas, drained
• 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
• 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
• 3 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/2" dice
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 425. Slice 1/4" off top of head of garlic. Wrap garlic in foil. In small baking dish, roast garlic until it turns buttery soft, 30 to 40 mins. Let stand 10 mins. to cool.Meanwhile, in serving bowl, mix chickpeas with basil and vinegar. Set aside. When garlic is cool enough to handle, squeeze out each clove into bean mixture. Stir well to coat beans. Toss with diced tomatoes. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper. Serve at room temperature.

糖醋萝卜Sweet Sour Carrots

1 tbsp kosher salt, 6 medium carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/8-inch coins, 1 garlic clove, minded; 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 tsp chopped fresh oregano leaves, 1 tsp sweet paprika, 1/4 tsp cracked anise seeds, freshly ground black pepper
Toss everything together.

Duck Rice 葡式鸭饭

葡式鸭饭是一道传统菜式,鸭肉,鸭油,鸭香加上葡式香肠,令饭粒变得惹味香浓。
和中国人吃鸭子有异曲同工之妙,鸭肉拆丝,鸭汤煮饭,加上咸香的葡国腊肠,放入烤炉,上桌时浓浓的鸭肉香气四溢。


开动前把米饭和鸭肉一起搅拌,你侬我侬,鸭肉和米饭更为融合了。


海鲜泡饭
自从在la-vie姐姐家看到这款美食,我就跃跃欲试。终于山寨成功啦!这锅海鲜泡饭是当晚的明星啊,鲜就一个字!特别特别要谢谢la-vie姐姐的食谱。
