　　赛马内幕，赌王风采，黑白两道，激情商战。

　　李大有（黄日华）和父亲李奇（曾江）成立讨债公司，以凶狠出名，欠债人闻风丧胆。钱浅（陈秀雯）、钟爱玲（蔡少芬）合开一家小公司，投资失败，负债累累，在大有的讨债公司不断恐吓下，走投无路，寄托于赛马，血本无归。玲以为穷途末路时，却见浅又再拿出大笔金钱投注。两人和大有打交道，发觉他并非想像中的残暴，决定合作发展卡拉OK生意。浅不自觉对大有用了真情，而玲亦暗慕大有……
　　大有看到赛马生意来钱，遂与黑道头子合作，初有斩获，立即大量集结资金，准备于内陆兴建马场，大干一场。不料此时政府开始抨击赛马赌博化，马场生意面临前所未有的挑战……
