What happened? I can not access iTalkBB's ATA

I tried to access my iTalkBB's ATA (Spa1001) last night but failed. I keyed in ****110# and got ip# (like 10.0.1.2). When I typed the Ip# in Explorer browser it turned out "can not find server". I am using iTalkBB's $4.99/m service now and wondering if I can use the other line for outbound call. Has it been locked? How can I access it? Any suggestion? please help.
