今日房贷利率(CA、MD、VA)

短评:今天(8月15日星期一)的利率和上星期五开盘时相比,重新贷款30年固定的利率下降!重新贷款41万7以下30年固定降为4.125%,15年固定仍维持在 3.375%,5/1 ARM仍为2.875%。购房贷款41万7以下30年固定利率仍为4.125%,15年固定仍为3.25%,5/1 ARM仍为2.625%。
