《家乡的味道 3》……荠菜大馄饨、辣仔鸡丁!

很久没上菜了,今日周末,心血来潮来个南北合,上海大馄饨、四川辣仔鸡呵呵,纯属山寨!

荠菜馄饨:

荠菜馄饨的做法;绞肉、荠菜、青菜、盐、鸡精、糖、胡椒粉……

由于荠菜成品很干,为了使馄饨口感鲜滑我加了青菜,比例为一比二,这样拌出的馅口感鲜滑,另外,打肉浆时要加入姜葱泡汁,先打肉馅、再加入烫水剁细的二合一菜,即成。
