【今日房贷利率】CA, FL, GA, IL, MD, TX, VA, WA - 3月2日星期一

SUMMARY:今天(3月2日星期一)美国道琼指数在上周的狂跌之后暴涨1,200多点,而美10年期国债的回报率则继续下跌至1.08%的史低点。房贷利率市场的行情,在今天上午开盘时,房贷利率因为国债回报率继续下降而略有变好,造成大量的重贷申请的涌入;下午各大lender纷纷提高利率,以变相阻止接受更多的贷款申请。

一天的尘埃落定后,目前重新贷款50万的利率,30年仍保持在近8年的最低点3.25%,15年仍保持在2.875%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率为3.125%,15年仍为2.75%。

顺便提醒一下:如果想锁定一个理想的利率,你首先应尽快选定一家贷款公司开始递交房贷申请,着手准备材料,然后等到利率满意的时候下手锁定利率。现在重新贷款的人很多,各家贷款公司都在满负荷运转;同时现在利率变好通常维持的时间很短,如果你等到利率变好的当天再下手开始申请,很有可能会贻误时机。
