Started to review my work history and skills. Started first job as Software developer in Jan 2006 and left for another company in July. Stayed in the second company for almost 12 years.  It is really time to reflect.

自从有了老二，很忙碌， 加上老大的青春期， 我一直感觉 very overwelmed and stressed. 工作上做一天和尚撞一天钟. 需要做点改变
