Be prepared to suffer for me, in my name. all suffering has meaning in my kingdom. Pain and problems are opportunities  to demonstrate your trust in me. Bearing your circumstances bravely - even thanking me for them - is one of the highest forms of praise. This sacrifice of thanksgiving rings gloden -toned bells of joy throughout heavenly realms. On earth also, your patient suffering sends out ripples of good tidings in ever-widening circles.

When suffering stikes, remember that I am sovereign and that I can bring good out of everything. Do not try to run from pain or hide from problems. Instead, accept adversity in my name, offering it up to me for my purposes. Thus your suffering gains meaning and draws you closer to me. Joy emerges from the ashes of adversity through your trust and thankfulness.

奉我的名，为我做好为受苦的准备。在我的国度里，所有的受苦都有深刻的意义。痛苦和问题是展现你对我的信任的机会。勇敢地承担你的环境，甚至为它们感恩，是最高形式的赞美之一。这种感恩的祭在整个天国敲响了金色欢乐的钟声。同样在地球上，你耐心的忍受会传播出好消息的涟漪，这涟漪会持续扩展开来。

当苦难降临时，请记住我是至高无上的，我能从万事中带出美好。不要试图逃避痛苦或躲避问题。相反，奉我的名接受逆境，将它献给我，为了【成就】我的旨意。因此，你的受苦变得有意义，并让你离我更近。通过你的信任和感恩，喜乐从逆境的灰烬中涌现。
