你有心仪的高我吗
老子、佛陀、观音、耶稣、第九维大角星人、大天使和扬升大师，光之存有，更高维度存在，与你有关，统称高我
每天不间断呼叫高我名号，不让杂念片刻干扰，这是第一步，为的是不让杂念丛生，然后有了内观杂念的能力，只要一出来就立即用高我名号给替换，不驱除杂念，只是让心里只想着高我，有杂念只说明一点，没在想着高我，由此完成了与高我联通的第一步：时刻想着，成为每天即使在沉思时都不忘其在左右的程度
接下来，为了让高我能安居下来，就要依高我指引行事了，可以犯错，但却有一条，不离高我时刻在心，由此，心轮、第三眼和头脑会一起发动来帮助你过上高我教导的日子，这是第二步，听高我的话，在生活里提升处事的平衡能力，因为可能会用力过猛或用力不足，都需要在放手里走自己的路，与身边人一道，你是自由的，众人也是自由的，通过放手和接纳
第三步，就要在不断接收高我教导的练习、实践中不断学习小我与高我之间的区别和鉴别，并不断给予小我内在小孩和外在身体的必要滋养、喂养、锻炼和照顾，不断在柔软和且行且止里配合完成DNA升级和智能跃迁，这是高我需要的肉体必经转换过程，也就是小我身体和高我智能都能稳定下来
你需要活更长的时间，所以时时让自己在直觉和无条件、合一里清明、醒觉和自性，这是第三步，成为高我，拥有超越人类情感和不断自由于宗教、信仰、生存、性和自由意志的界限
接下来，你就会作为高我上线，吃喝坐卧，言行举止，高我无处不在，小我与高我的统一体，源头能量居所存在
身体保健方面：高振动饮食和给予高振动生长环境，比如矿泉水、鲜蔬、瓜果、坚果，由素油、黄油过渡，由面食过渡，由鸡蛋过渡，由矿盐、海盐过渡，糖由香蕉或间或甜食补充
主旨：逐步少食，晚饭尽量不吃，以小食、坚果过渡，直至晚饭前补充完尽量不在睡前多食，循序渐进，多总结经验
然后尝试只吃一餐，以水果、坚果补充一日所需，但也不排斥偶尔想吃的补充食物
环境：多亲近大自然，重视身体的大自然疗愈，重视光脚和河水浸泡，有信心时挑战冬季单衣，以唤醒DNA中对胸腺的自我疗愈能力
壮大思想：分享高我传导，并尝试自我总结分享

What matters is not your language, but the vibration you send out. You can send out such a strong vibration as long as you close your eyes and breathe deeply.
When you experience these things, of course, you want to share them with others. It's a good thing you want to spread them. This is one of the ways you serve humanity now. Some people want to know how you do it, especially when not many people listen to you.
As long as you are willing to send out so much light, love and vibrational energy, you can do so, and we see you do it. Whether you realize it or not, those who awaken are making the impact you want.
When you focus on the light and the goodness within human beings, you become an activator of grounding. You become the one who activates others, whether you know it or not. So don't worry about what you should do or miss your mission, because you're there. You are anchoring in the energy given to you by us and other beings, and you are spreading it.
Now, feel your influence and know that the best way to have this influence is to follow your inner guidance. Your intuition will always make you appear in the right place and in front of the right people at the right time. These people will not only benefit from what you provide, but also appreciate you for it. They will express their gratitude to you, and you will feel energetic again and rededicate yourself to helping humans raise their level of consciousness and help them ascend to the next level of life we call the fifth dimension.

The next time you feel the burden of the world on your shoulders, think about how much help you have received.
The next time you worry about someone you love, think about the help your loved one gets. Some of us may laugh at what we say. We and other beings have been responding to those prayers and calls for help, but you can't see it. You look around at the reality and want to know where it is.
But listen to us, you need to slow down and relax so that you can open your heart to accept it, so that you can put yourself in a higher state of vibration. Feel the presence of your guide, listen to the intuitive impact you want to enjoy, do something just to feel happy, and then see how everything you ask can easily become a part of your experience.

This is a collective effort. The job of some beings is to appease you and give you a reason to feel good. Take your soul guide as an example. They do everything they can to let you go to the sunset or be with the people you love. We also hope that you will feel sympathy from a higher field, because it is great. We have all heard your cries and prayers, giving us the opportunity to feel compassion and love that we can't feel in other ways.
