请教8老师，我申请姐姐一家移民，2021年的时候在网上付了他们一家三口的签证申请费，也在网上上传了所有的公证书，担保书什么的，现在收到邮件去广州领事馆面试，但是孩子的名字不在上面了，猜想可能是因为又等了三年超龄了。可是当初付签证费和文件的时候有孩子的名字，现在有什么补救措施吗？能有什么办法把孩子的名字加入面试吗？谢谢谢谢

-Calculate the child's CSPA age using this formular:

the Child's CSPA age = the child actual age when the I-130 priority date was current in 2021 (based on A or B Form) - the I-130 pending days

Note: the I-130 pending days = I-130 approval date - I-130 receipt date (find these two dates on the I-130 Approval Notice);  if you forgot which date your I-130 was current, just use the date NVC informed the kid to file DS 260, pay the fee and provide the documents or the date the child filed DS 260 and paid the fee for above calculation.

If the child's CSPA age is less than 21, then the child is not age-out and then, the child can immigrate to US together with the mother. Then, contact the US Consulate in Guangzhou to schedule the appointment for interview.

Please note that the child's CSPA age was frozen in 2021 when filing DS 260 and pay the fee. So, if the child's CSPA age was < 21 in 2021 when filing DS 260 and paying the fee, then the child can immigrate to US as the mother's derivative even if his/her age is much older than 21 now.
