Childhood Disintegrative Disorder (儿童期瓦解性障碍)

A. Apparently normal development for at least the first 2 years after birth as manifested by the presence of age-appropriate verbal and nonverbal communication, social relationships, play, and adaptive behavior.
出生后至少两年内发育正常,然后明显出现语言和非语言交流,与人交往,玩耍,适应性行为方面与年纪不符的异常.
B. Clinically significant loss of previously acquired skills (before age 10 years) in at least two of the following areas:
出现到达临床诊断程度的已获取(十岁前)技能丢失,至少以下两项:
(1) expressive or receptive language
语言的表达和理解
(2) social skills or adaptive behavior
与人交往和或适应性行为
(3) bowel or bladder control
控制大小便的行为
(4) play
玩耍
(5) motor skills
运动技能
C. Abnormalities of functioning in at least two of the following areas:
以下至少两项功能不正常
(1) qualitative impairment in social interaction (e.g., impairment in nonverbal behaviors, failure to develop peer relationships, lack of social or emotional reciprocity)
在社交方面能力低下,如:不能用非语言的交流方式,不能有同年伙伴,不能与人有情感互动.
(2) qualitative impairments in communication (e.g., delay or lack of spoken language, inability to initiate or sustain a conversation, streotyped and repetivtive use of language, lack of varied make-believe play)
交流方面能力低下:如口语能力差或不能说话,不能启动交谈或维持与人的交谈,反复使用某些语言,不会玩扮家家的游戏.
(3)restricted, repetitive, and stereotyped patterns of behavior, interests, and activities, including motor sterotypies and mannerisms
出现有限的,重复的,固定的行为,兴趣和活动,包括运动和习性方面.
D. The disturbance is not better accounted for by another specific pervasive developmental disorder or by schizophrenia.
以上的障碍不是由其他全身性发育迟缓或精神分裂症所致.
