8个好习惯

1.       In the morning, before getting out of bed, thank God and thank everyone in your life and appreciate everything you have. Look into mirror and appreciate yourself; tell yourself that you love the way you look, you can do anything you want, and you’re in charge of your life.

2.       Morning exercise for 30 minutes. Shower

3.       Eat breakfast: include fresh fruits or fruit juice; decaffeinated tea. Be thankful for the food and everyone who make life easier for you.

4.        Before lunch, look in the mirror. Do you look energetic and glowing? Appreciate good health. You know you can do what you want to do, and have some result, everything is so perfect.

5.       Have a simple lunch. Relax after you get home; Listen to something you enjoy

6.       Dinner includes whole grain and vegetables. Have dinner with others; chat and exchange thoughts

7.       On weekends, rest or read and review or study new things you enjoy

8.       Meditate for 15 minutes before sleep. Think about experience in this day. Then tell yourself to relax and rest. Do not bring thoughts into bed. Let your brain rest. Sleep well and all the way until morning. Wake up happily to a new day.
