very cold？Take a warm shower or cold shower in advance？
Time to stay home, drink coffee, read books ...
It‘s an indoor pool. Others swim without any problem, but
the water feels very cold to me. The pool is very close to
my house but I have to drive a long way to a warmer 1.
Maybe a better warmup would help. Run a mile, lift weight,
or 30 sun salutations, before diving in.
